The rental cost includes the exclusive use of the property, the consumption of water, linen, kitchen utensils, pool and garden care, internet connection; electricity consumption is not included, which will be calculated and paid on the spot upon departure. In Capri, the use of gas is guaranteed by cylinders that can be purchased from local suppliers, at home a minimum is guaranteed upon arrival.
HOW TO BOOK
To rent a house, you must book by sending a deposit which will be immediately paid to the owner of the property. It is essential to pay the remainder within one month of arrival or upon entering the house, depending on the property.
Upon arrival, in order to cover any damage or loss, you are required to pay a guarantee sum, which will be retained until the moment of departure. Upon departure, the house must be in the same cleaning and maintenance condition as found on arrival. Any loss or damage caused by non-compliance with the accessories will be deducted from the security deposit.
In case you need to cancel the booking having already paid the deposit, you will automatically lose the entire amount paid.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is scheduled between 16.00 and 19.00. Appropriate identification is required for immediate registration. A home inspection is helpful in clarifying the operations, contents and functions of the home. Check-out is expected by 11.00.
CARE OF THE HOUSE
Upon your arrival you will find a booklet containing useful tips to make the most of your holiday, as well as instructions to be respected during your stay. Home care is required as if it were your own. For any property problems please contact us promptly.
The homeowner is not responsible for any damage suffered by the guest in or moving in or from the property, for any loss or damage to the guests’ personal or valuables. Please close the doors in the evening and when you leave the house. Any damage or loss to the property must be reported to us immediately.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The total number of guests must not exceed the number indicated. Each additional unit requires approval. Animals are generally not allowed.
At the end of the stay we will ask you to fill in a questionnaire in which valuable information will be requested to improve our work.
