Casa Alba is an apartment located in the exclusive Marina Piccola, a short distance from the sea and a few minutes from the Piazzetta, along the road leading to the sea.
The property is accessed via a small private car park where you can leave a scooter, and a short staircase that leads to the comfortable entrance terrace to the house.
Casa Alba has an entrance in the corridor which leads to the left into the living room with sofa bed, dining table and direct access to the entrance terrace, to the right into the equipped kitchen and the large bathroom with tub. Continuing along the corridor, you enter a spacious hallway with bathroom with shower and the sleeping area consisting of a 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom which becomes a double if necessary. Both rooms have a French door which gives direct access to the large terrace from which you can admire the enchanting blue sea of Marina Piccola.
The panoramic terrace, completely exposed to the south, is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, where you can eat al fresco thanks to an awning that covers the whole outside.
