Villa Coccodrilla is located in the heart of Capri, a few steps from Piazzetta, in an exceptionally panoramic position.
Totally surrounded by a large garden with secular trees adorned with ancient fountains, it remains isolated in a precious silence.
Recently renovated, the villa has maintained the typical Capri style with high walls with cross and double vaulted ceilings and windows from which you can see the Gulf of Naples.
The elegant floors are in marble, the furniture alternates refined period furniture with fine modern pieces on which you can admire particular contemporary works of art, on the walls are exposed very colorful canvases.
Villa Coccodrilla extends over two externally connected levels.
The first floor apartment has a large living room with dining area, antique marble fireplace, large windows overlooking the sea and access to the large terrace, an equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom and the other with two single beds and the second bathroom is right in front.
Outside, a large garden surrounds the entire floor and the terrace, furnished with armchairs, small sofas and a large stone table for 6 people, overlooks the wonderful extended view of the Bay of Marina Piccola.
An external staircase leads to the second unit. Here you enter the comfortable living room with antique marble fireplace, large windows overlooking the garden and access to the terrace and garden, dining room with kitchenette and access to the terrace, two bedrooms: one with double bed and private bathroom and the other with double bed and the second bathroom in front.
Outside the large garden surrounds the entire floor and the terrace houses the solarium furnished with sun loungers where you can sunbathe in complete privacy.
