A former hunting lodge from the late nineteenth century surrounded by a forest of approximately 5,000 sq.m. crossed by paths and walks in the shade of centuries-old pine trees and holm oaks.
The house, in typical Capri style with charming interiors, is made up of three separate and independent blocks.
On the ground floor a small double bedroom with a view of the Gulf of Naples, bathroom with shower and private panoramic terrace.
On the intermediate floor the house is accessed from the large super panoramic terrace. A few steps lead to the large kitchen equipped with a wooden dining table for 10 people next to the large window overlooking the sea, a panoramic double bedroom with adjoining panoramic single bedroom and bathroom with shower, a panoramic double bedroom with bathroom and access to the second large terrace.
The exteriors are divided into a spacious lounge area, with sofas and armchairs covered by a sail awning, and a dining area in the shade of a wisteria pergola and furnished with a wrought iron table for 10 people and equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.
A small corner dedicated to relaxation has a heated mini pool, with hydromassage and reverse swimming.
A staircase leads to the solarium, equipped with sun loungers and a wooden table, from which you can enjoy a unique view in the world, and to the suite with a sitting room with sofa and armchairs, a panoramic double bedroom surrounded by large crystal windows with access to the solarium and bathroom with shower.
