Recently restored and modernized, the house has maintained its typical Capri style with high cross-vaulted ceilings, double walls and large French windows from which you can enjoy the open view of the sea.
Villa Sole extends over two levels connected both internally and externally.
On the ground floor a living room and dining room with fireplace and table for 10 people illuminated by two French windows with direct exit to the terrace, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and direct access to the terrace and garden.
Outside, large panoramic terraces overlooking the sea furnished with beautiful statues, gazebos and patios ideal for eating al fresco, a pizza oven and a large garden with a church, flowers and tall trees.
Upstairs are three bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the large exclusive terrace with sea view.
The exterior, furnished with armchairs and small sofas, surrounds the entire floor and overlooks the wonderful extended view of the open sea.
A staircase leads to the large panoramic garden with sea view, a 15 x 5 m. swimming pool with night lighting surrounded by a large solarium with sunbeds and various “living islands” where you can sunbathe in complete privacy.
